Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

The food you receive from a KesariyaBhoj should resemble the product seen in the picture. However, there may be slight variations in presentation due to differences in preparation, packaging, and transportation. It is important to note that while the appearance of the dish is important, what really matters is the taste, quality, and freshness of the food. If you have any concerns about the food you receive, you can contact us to inquire about their quality control policies and procedures.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You are emailed an order receipt for every order you place online. You can also download a receipt from our online portal or just email us and we will send you a digital copy of your receipt. Alternatively, we can also provide you with a physical copy of the receipt if you visit the restaurant.

How can I return an item?

We typically do not accept returns of food items once they have been delivered or picked up due to food safety and hygiene concerns.

If you have a complaint about the quality or freshness of the food, it is best to contact us directly as soon as possible to inform us of the issue. We may offer a refund or replacement depending on our policies and the specific circumstances of the complaint.
